Each cell is one representative of a state (ω, d): the value, then its symbolic form ω·2i·3j − 1 — so ω stays visible in every cell, not just the state label. Each family ends at its even lid, then s halvings exit to the next family (s belongs to this state alone — it can't be recovered from the next one).
